Transfer Printing

This is a process that is popular on smaller numbers of garments, it is best suited to t-shirts, polo
shirts, running vests, sports clothing, hoodies, soft shell jackets etc. Using Transfer printing we
can print solid colour designs to a number of different positions on a garment. We do this by
using a Cad cutter to cut vinyl, flock and foil materials to create a durable transfer that is then
applied to the garment using a high pressure heat press. We can print multi coloured designs
using transfers but this process doesn’t allow us to print designs with a gradient. Transfer
printing is a good option for orders of 1-100 garments. On transfer printing orders we can offer
express turnaround and also next day turn around.
